Penne Cacio e Pepe

Ingredients

1 bag Yo Mama Penne

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 ounces finely-grated Pecorino-Romano cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water. Drain and rinse.
  2. Melt the butter in a large sauté pan. Add the pepper and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add the pasta, half the cheese, and about ¼ cup of pasta water. Toss well.
  4. Add the remaining cheese and a bit more pasta water if necessary. Toss.
  5. Serve with a garnish of fresh black pepper.
