Penne Cacio e Pepe
Ingredients
1 bag Yo Mama Penne
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces finely-grated Pecorino-Romano cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water. Drain and rinse.
- Melt the butter in a large sauté pan. Add the pepper and cook 30 seconds.
- Add the pasta, half the cheese, and about ¼ cup of pasta water. Toss well.
- Add the remaining cheese and a bit more pasta water if necessary. Toss.
- Serve with a garnish of fresh black pepper.
